It's finally done. It took long enough without shading so I didn't bother.
About Bart and Maggie, that's not a new design, it's just casual indoor clothes. Looking at it now, Lisa's left hand looks wrong. I still like Marge's hair, it's very different but still slightly tall. On a related note, Homer only ripped his hair out twice. Lastly, Maggie isn't supposed to be shorter than Lisa.
A brief history of Marge and Homer in the TOAS continuity;
Marge and Homer's first meeting went the same way as "The way we was" only after the prom Artie Ziff, wisely, managed to keep his busy fingers in check therefore Marge didn't think to regect him. A few years later they married and moved to Waverly hills, Lisa's birth came soon after. Marge focused a lot of her time on painting copies of existing art, nievely believing that Artie just wanted them for decoration. She quickly found out that he was selling the copies at outragous prices, that's when Marge finally realised that her husband didn't truely care for her, he lied to her and exploited her talent for money. She quickly left and took Lisa with her.
After losing his high school crush it didn't seem like Homer would ever have another chance at love until he met Mindy Simmons at the nuclear plant. Sharing almost all of their interests the two really got on with eachover. The relationship resulted in the birth of Bart and Maggie, only the latter was born in wedlock. Unfortunately Mindy happened to be rather fickle and was led astray by her bowling instructor Jaques, leaving Homer with a toddler and a baby he didn't know how to look after.
The two eventually met again outside Moe's tavern (only Homer intended to go in though), they quickly reconciled although the relationship took a long time to form. Within five months they finally married (their relationship is a lot stronger than their original counterparts).
That's the short version anyway. Comments are appreciated!
